1. Workpieces with corrosive, volatile and explosive gases are strictly prohibited to enter the furnace for processing, so as not to affect the service life of heating elements and refractory materials and cause explosions and other accidents.
2. The electric furnace must not run over temperature, otherwise the service life of the equipment will be shortened.
3. Workpieces with too much oxide need to be removed before entering the furnace, and can be brushed off with a wire brush.
4. The workpieces are evenly stacked, and the distance from the heating element should be about 100-150mm.
5. Brutal operation is strictly prohibited, and the workpiece should be handled with care to avoid impact.
6. When the electric furnace is in use, the operator shall not leave the post without authorization, and must always pay attention to whether the working condition of the electric furnace is normal.
7. When the electric furnace is loading and unloading the workpiece, the heating element power supply must be cut off first to ensure the safety of the operator.
8. Oxide in the furnace (including under the electric furnace wire) should be cleaned frequently, at least once a week or once every five furnaces. Compressed air can be blown under the furnace floor.
9. After the resistance wire is used, it must not be bumped or bent to avoid breaking.
10. The electric furnace hoist needs to be inspected regularly, add lubricating oil, etc., pay attention to the safety of use.
11. The drive shaft sleeve must be checked frequently to add lubricating oil to prevent damage to the shaft sleeve due to lack of oil.
12. Regularly check the use of heating elements. The heating element must not be bent or collided after short-term use. If it is not severely corroded and broken, the same material as the electric furnace wire (or the electric furnace wire itself) can be used as the welding rod, and acetylene gas is used for heating and welding. The welding rod is made of 50% white cloud powder. If the heating element is severely corroded and cannot be used, It should be replaced separately.
13. Regularly check the usage of the instrument and thermocouple to prevent incorrect temperature measurement caused by the error of the instrument and thermocouple and affect product quality.
