As specialized components for direct-insert air heating, dry-burning electric heating elements are designed specifically for use without liquid media. They are widely used in industrial ovens, high-temperature sterilization equipment, and airflow drying systems. Their core technology overcomes the limitations of traditional heating elements, which rely on medium for heat transfer. Through structural innovation, they achieve stable operation in pure air environments.

High-Temperature and Anti-Aging Design

Utilizing a 310S stainless steel or iron-chromium-aluminum alloy sheath and densely packed with high-purity magnesium oxide powder, they withstand temperatures exceeding 650℃. A special anti-oxidation coating extends their lifespan by 50% compared to conventional models, enabling stable operation for over 5,000 hours under continuous dry-burning conditions.

A tightly wound spiral resistance wire combined with a fin-type heat dissipation structure controls axial heat flux deviation to within ±5%. By optimizing the tube surface load design (8-15W/cm²), they maintain a thermal conversion efficiency exceeding 85% even in environments with low air convection efficiency.

A built-in temperature fuse (160±5℃) and double-layer magnesium powder insulation eliminate the risk of tube explosion caused by dry firing. The IP65-rated housing resists dust intrusion, ensuring electrical safety in harsh environments such as chemical plants.

Equipped with a K-type thermocouple interface, it supports 0-10V analog signal input and utilizes a PID algorithm to achieve dynamic temperature control accuracy of ±2℃. The modular structure supports multi-tube array configurations, with a maximum power output of up to 200kW per system.

Currently, dry-fire electric heating elements have evolved to third-generation nano-ceramic coating technology, increasing the surface thermal emissivity to 0.92. They are successfully used in emerging fields such as lithium battery electrode sintering lines, driving the continuous upgrade of industrial thermal equipment towards higher efficiency and greater intelligence.
